De La Tierra (2023)
Carme is a ceramicist whose practice is formed upon the Japanese worldview of wabi-sabi. She describes herself
as a nervous person, but her connection to nature is both a tonic and the bedrock of her work. We see how the
clay, originating from the earth, is transformed by Carme’s imagination, which also draws its inspiration from
the earth.
